摘要
随着我国经济改革日益深化 ,建筑市场体系不断趋于完善 ,尤其是我国加入WTO之后 ,工程索赔必将成为施工企业减少损失、获取利润的一个重要手段 .通过对工程索赔中的取证方法和谈判技巧等所作的分析 ,进一步证明了这一点 .
With the development of economics and the deepening of reformation in China,the architectural market system become more and more optimizer.After China's Entry into the WTO,the claiming in engineering will be an important means of the engineering corporations to diminish damage and get more profits.The article introduces some access of proof getting and negotiation technique in claiming damage of engineering.
