摘要
本文以同一品种矿渣制成不同颗粒分布的矿渣微粉样品 ,用激光粒度仪测其颗粒群分布。以 5 0 %比例将矿渣微粉掺入水泥中 ,测水泥浆体的屈服值和粘度 ,并以灰色关联分析原理和方法研究了矿渣微粉的颗粒群分布与水泥浆体流变性能的相关性。结果表明 :矿渣微粉中 1 0 5 μm~ 5 11μm颗粒的含量与其屈服值和粘度的关联度最大 ,即它是关键子因子 ;0~ 9 82 μm颗粒含量与屈服值和粘度的关联极性均为正 ,说明这些颗粒对屈服值和粘度的上升有积极贡献 ;而 9 82 μm~ 10 1μm颗粒含量与屈服值和粘度的关联极性均为负 ,说明这些颗粒均对屈服值和粘度的上升有削弱作用。
Some samples of slag powder which have different particle size distributions were made from the same source.The different particle size distributions were investigated by using LS Analysis.The rheological properties of the cement pastes which were made by using 50% cement+50% slag powder sample were tested.The results indicated that the volume fraction of 1 05μm~5 11μm particles has a maximum effect on its rheological properties.The volume fraction of <9 82μm particles have positive polarity of grey connection.The volume fractions of 9 82~101μm particles have negative polarity.
