摘要
针对我国水电的特点和现状以及目前电力市场的发展状况 ,论述了水电进入市场所面临的问题及今后的任务。并结合我国水资源的分布特点 ,阐明了加快全国联网、建立全国电力市场对于充分利用水能、发挥水电优势。
A general discussion about the problems to be sloved is presented in this paper,based on the analysis of the characteristics of hydropower and the development of the electricity m arket.According to the distribution of hydropower resources over this country,expounded is the significance of quickening the step of national interconnection and setting up the national electricity m arket to the utilization and optimized allocation of hydropower resources in the whole country.
