摘要
本文通过在专门研制的模型实验装置上对水轮机导水部件流场的大量实验分析,研究了含沙水流条件下水轮机导水部件流场的特性;找出了含沙水流条件下水轮机活动导叶与固定导叶的最佳相对安放位置。在清水实验结果和含沙水实验结果对比分析的基础上,建立了含沙水流条件下确定水轮机固定导叶与活动导叶相对位置的经验关系式,并找出了此相对位置与含沙量的关系。
After the flow field of silt-laden water in wicket-gate of hydraulic turbine is tested and analyzed on a specially designed experimental rig, the flow field characteristics in wicket-gate and the optimum relative setting position of stationary Vane and moving vanes are discussed in this paper. On the basis of comparing the test results of clean water flow with silt-laden water flow, the empirical formula for determination of the relative setting position of stationary guide and moving vane is derived for silt-laden water flow. Furthermore, the relation between setting position and silt-content is also found.
