摘要
依据Riley提供的形成适宜粘度的化学成分范围 ,采用粉煤灰、珍珠岩尾矿粉、剥离黄土、剥离红土等废料 ,添加助熔剂 ,经合适的工艺制度 ,烧制出高强度、低吸水率的膨胀型陶粒 ;在生产线上进行了中试 ,用中试生产的陶粒配制出强度达55MPa的高强、轻质混凝土 ;并对粉煤灰陶粒烧胀机理进行了分析。
The expansion ceramisite with high strength and low water absorption is fired via proper process system,using waste materials such as fly ash,pearlite tailings powder,stripped yellow and red clay,and added flux in accordance with chemical composition range to form proper viscosity,provided by Riley.The pilot test has been carried out on production line.The high strength up to 55MPa and light concrete has been prepared with the ceramisite produced from the pilot test.The firing expansion mechanism of fly ash ceramisite has been analyzed.
