The task of structural adjustment in domestic cement industry is still hard. For speeding up development of domestic cement industry, we need not only to reach world advanced level in process, technique, equipment and output, but also in real quality of cement products. We must raise our quality ideas in cement production, utilization, management, research and development works under execution of new cement state code. We must pay more attention to the importance of rising the quality of cement products on essential bases.
