探讨社会、经济、技术及国家政策等综合因素影响下居住小区公共服务设施的发展趋势,即:商业服务设施的更替、教育设施规模的扩大、体育休闲设施的完善、老龄化设施的引入和停车设施的增加5个方面,并提出商业服务设施的功能归并、教育和体育休闲设施的资源共享、停车设施的地下开发等规划措施与对策。

This paper explores the devel-opment trend of public service facilitiesin residential areas in the context ofsociety, economy, technology andgovernment policies, which include fivespheres of alternatives of commercialjoints, expansion of educationalfacilities, improvement of recreationalfacilities, introduction of facilities for se-nior citizens and increase of parkingfacilities. It also suggests such planningcountermeasures as functions incorpo-rating of commercial facilities, sharingresource of educational and recreationalfacilities, and underground develop-ment of parking space.
