四种功能性低聚糖的性质及HPLC检测

The Properties of Functional Oligosaccharides and HPLC Detection

本文在众多的功能性低聚糖中，比较了低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖４种低聚糖的理化性质；对检测低聚糖的高效、快速方法——高压液相色谱法所需的前处理及操作条件也进行了介绍。

The physical and chemical properties of four functional oligosaccharides, namely, isomaltooligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, xylooligosaccharide and galactooligosaccharide are compared. To detemine oligosaccharides in food, HPLC is an efficient and fast method. We introduce the preparation of sample and operation condition of HPLC as well as standard reagents needed in this paper.
