Influence of NaCl on Spectrum of Perilla Color and Adsorbing Ability of Macroporous Adsorbing Resin

研究了ＮａＣｌ对紫苏色素的吸收光谱和在大孔吸附树脂Ｓ－８上的吸附量的影响．ＮａＣｌ对紫苏色素在最大吸收波长处的吸光度有明显的增加作用，即ＮａＣｌ对紫苏色素明显的增色作用，并可增加紫苏色素在大孔吸附树脂Ｓ－８上的吸附量．

The influence of NaCl on spectrum of perilla color and adsorbing ability of macroporous adsorbing resin to perilla anthocyanin were studied. As the concentration of NaCl increased, the absorbency of perilla color at maximum wavelength increased. That is to say that NaCl has a great enhancement for the color intensity of perilla color. NaCl could improve the adsorbing ability of S-8 macroporous adsorbing resin for perilla color.
