摘要 本文从番茄红素在植物体内的合成和功能、番茄红素的保健功能、番茄红素的提取制备及培育高番茄红素含量的番茄四个方面对番茄红素的研究与开发现状进行了综述． It is a review of advances in research and application of lycopene from four aspects: its synthesis and function in plant, healthy function, extraction and lycopene - enriched tomato breeding.
