摘要
采用活性正离子聚合技术,以枯基甲醚为引发剂,TiCl4为共引发剂,正己烷/二氯甲烷为混合溶剂(二者体积比为60/40),在2,6-二叔丁基吡啶存在下,-80℃时合成了不同嵌段相对分子质量的聚异丁烯-b-聚苯乙烯共聚物。采用丁酮和聚异丁烯静态模拟丁基橡胶淤浆,加入聚异丁烯-b-聚苯乙烯,通过测定淤浆稳定时间和淤浆形态来评价其稳定效果。结果表明:聚异丁烯-b-聚苯乙烯有稳定丁基橡胶淤浆作用;稳定效果与聚异丁烯-b-聚苯乙烯共聚物中各段的相对分子质量和用量有关;各段的相对分子质量越大,稳定效果越好;共聚物中聚异丁烯段相对分子质量对稳定效果的影响大于聚苯乙烯段的;共聚物用量越大稳定效果越好。
PS-b-PIBs with different compositions were synthesized with cumyl methyl ether as initiator, TiCl4 as coinitiator,hexane/CH2Cl2 (60/40 volume ratio)as component solvent,in the presence of 2,6-di-t-butylpyridine at 80 ℃,and by the sequential monomer addition.A simulation system,PIB/butyl ketone at ambient temperature,were low Mn used instead of real butyl rubber slurry system.The slurry-stabilization time and morphology of the slurry were used to evaluate the stabilizing effect. The results indicated that the PS-b-PIB could certainly stabilize the slurry and that the higher the Mn and concentration of the copolymer in the slurry, the more the stabilizing effect.
