摘要
研究表明 ,烤烟叶片中转化酶活性与叶片生长发育密切相关 ,叶片从发生到发育 2 0d酶活性最强 其作用最适温度为 4 5℃ ,最适pH值 5 .6 同一烟株由下向上不同叶位酶活性呈增大趋势 ,同一叶片不同叶脉间以主脉两侧第 5~ 8条支脉间酶活性较强 。
Study shows that there is a close relationship between the invertase activity in the leaves of flue cured tobacco and the growth of leaves.When the leaves have grown to the 20 d, the invertase activity reaches the maximum . The optimum temperature for it is 45℃, and the pH value 5.6. Different stalk position from the base to the top in the same plant shows an increasing tendency of invertase activity. Among the different parts between two adjacent leaf veins in the same leaf, the two sides near the mid rib from the fifth lateral vein to the eighth one has a higher activity and the activity of invertase near the mid rib is higher than that near the leaf margin.
