摘要
基于板厚偏差在线监测这一问题展开研究,采用智能仪器的设计方法和手段,进行人造板厚度在线监测系统的研究设计。通过对人造板板厚偏差控制要求的分析,确定了以超声波测试技术为基础、以计算机技术为核心的人造板厚度在线监测系统设计方案。
On the base of appraising synthetically of measuring and testing technique and the monitoring system of thickness, applying intelligent instrument design method, the paper sudied on the on-line monitoring system of the wood-based panel thickness. Through analyzing the demand of thickness deviation, a new monitoring method basing on ultrasonic measurement technique and computer control technique was put forwared.
