摘要
在聚乙烯中分别添加不同结构的防雾滴剂,用PIE-330型Brahander吹塑机吹塑成膜。研究了防雾滴剂的结构与防雾性能的关系,结果表明:防雾滴剂的碳链长,则持久防雾性好;经氢化后的防雾滴剂持久防雾效果好,介润湿性能变差;防雾滴剂中存在有不饱和亲泗基、环状亲油基及引入带有弱亲水基的烃基,均会降低持久防雾效果。
Antifogging agents having different structures were added into polyethylene (PE) and antifogging PE films were prepared with PLE - 330 Brabander blow film machine. Study on the dependence of the antifogging performance on the structure of antifogging agent indicates that the lasting antifogging performance is acquired as the carbon chains of the antifogging agent get longer. Hydrogenated antifogging agent has better antifogging property but inferior wetta-bility power. The unsaturated lipophilic radical and ring lipophilic radical existed in the antifogging agent and the weak hydrophilic radical contained in the introduced alkyl radical can diminish the effect of the lasting antifogging performance.
