摘要
以BINGO 90 0 0型半潜式钻井平台为依据 ,重点介绍了平台结构设计应解决的几个主要关键技术问题。展开了对该平台在波浪作用下载荷的分析计算 ,在此基础上对主体结构进行了三维有限元强度分析。对平台特殊结构如K型管节点及支撑结构和立柱结构进行了专门的强度分析和疲劳寿命分析。同时对主体结构遭受破损后出现极限强度不足而导致结构破坏这一情况 ,提出了对受损主体结构极限强度分析与可靠性评估的设计思路和方法。通过以上关键设计技术的研究 ,可使平台结构设计更趋安全可靠合理 ,既具有必须的强度储备 ,又可减轻结构重量。
Based on Bingo-9000,the key technologies to be solved in the structural design of offshore rigs are introduced.The load analysis and calculation under wave action of this platform is developed,on this base,a three dimensional finite element strength analysis for main structural body is conducted.,strength and fatigue life of special structural elements of the rig are carried.out the design concept and method for the limit strength analysis and reliability evaluation for the damaged main body are proposed.By using these technologies,the structural design of offshore rigs may be more reasonable,reliable and safe
