Based on a new type of angular_position transducer,an intelligent rotor flowmeter,which has realized a high accurate measurement,is described.Also its main parts are illustrated in detail,including a designed frame,measuring principle,a designed model of angular_position transducer,signal processing,intelligent runctions,samples calibration and analyzing error.The two experimental sample sets obtained a high accuracy(0.010).
