摘要
采用分子筛法对提高异丙苯法合成的苯酚产品的质量进行了研究 ,探讨了使苯酚硫酸着色率 (UVT)值达到指标要求 (≥ 90 % )的工艺条件。通过对苯酚原料的 GC—MS分析和对原料与产品的 UVT及总酮量分析 ,定性地说明了影响 UVT值达标的主要杂质为沸点高于苯酚的酮类化合物。以 Y型分子筛为催化剂研究了反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量等因素对提高苯酚 UVT值的影响。实验结果表明 ,在反应温度 12 0~170℃、反应时间为 0 .2 5~ 1.0 h、反应催化剂用量为原料苯酚质量的 0 .2 5 %~ 2 .0 %条件下 ,反应产物经适当减压精馏可得到使 UVT达到 95
The purification of phenol produced from cumene was investigated with zeolite in order to obtain a kind of highly qualified phenol. The optimum conditions were experimentally explored for increasing the index of sulphonated pigmentation ration (that is UVT ) of phenol up to or surpass 90%. The impurities affecting the index of UVT of phenol were found by GC MS analyses and total ketones analyses of phenol, which are mainly ketones compounds with higher boiling than of phenol. The zeolite of Y-type was used as a catalyst to investigate the influence factors on the UVT of phenol,such as the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the amount of the catalyst used. The experimental results showed that when the catalyst amount used is 0.25%-2.0% of phenol and the reaction time is 0.25-1 h at 120-170℃, the highly qualified phenol with UVT of above 95% may be obtained through a suitable distillation process after reaction.
