摘要
通过共混改性 ,针对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 (PBT)、聚乙烯 (PE)类聚合物材料 ,研究了十溴联苯醚 /三氧化二锑复合体系的阻燃协同作用及最佳配比 ,并对不同阻燃要求的添加量进行了试验研究。力学性能试验结果表明 ,复合型阻燃剂可减少对材料强度的不利影响。为降低材料成本 ,对十溴联苯醚、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝三元体系在PE中的阻燃效果进行了进一步探讨 ,10 %的氢氧化铝可替代 3%的十溴联苯醚 /三氧化二锑复合阻燃剂。
The synergistic effect of decabromobiphenyl oxide and diantimony trioxide on flame retardant PBT and HDPE was studied and their best proportion was obtained.The least amount of flame retarded aids was tested according to different requirements.The test of mechanical properties shows that the reduction of tensile strength can be improved through adopting composite flame retarded aids.A ternary system composed of decabromobiphenyl oxide,diantimony trioxide and aluminum hydroxide was used in HDPE in order to reduce cost of the flame retarded material.It is demonstrated that 10% of aluminum hydroxide can replace 3% of decabromobiphenyl oxide/diantimony trioxide on the basis of the same effect.
