摘要
采用动电位静电吸附法制备了 Keggin型磷钼杂多酸 -L-半胱氨酸自组装超分子膜修饰金电极(PMo1 2 -L-Cys/ Au膜电极 ) ,探讨了成膜机理 .水平衰减全反射 (ATR) FTIR光谱技术研究表明 ,超分子膜的形成是通过 PMo1 2 O3- 40 阴离子与 L -Cys中的— NH+ 3阳离子之间静电作用实现 .与溶液中 PMo1 2 O3- 40 相比 ,超分子膜能在较宽的 p H范围内稳定存在 ,并对 H+ 有灵敏的电位响应 ,测定了 p
A self assembled supermolecular film gold electrode has been fabricated from Keggin type phosphormolybdate anions and L cysteine based on the electrostatic attraction between PMo 12 O 3- 40 and surface NH + 3 of L cysteine. Compared with PMo 12 O 3- 40 , the supermolecular film electrode is effective in a wider pH range and shows a good response to H +. The cyclic voltammetry and (ATR)FTIR techniques were used in the electrochemical characterization. The formation of the films and the pH sensor behavior have been discussed. The major properties of the pH film sensor have been demonstrated .
