摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、氯化镍为原料 ,分别采用 Sol- Gel法和浸渍法制备了 Ni O- Si O2 和 Ni O/Si O2 超细负载型催化剂 .用 TEM、TPR、XRD、XPS等手段 ,表征了催化剂的结构 ,并进行了顺酐液相选择加氢活性评价和工艺条件优化选择 .结果表明 ,Ni O- Si O2 和 Ni O/Si O2 催化剂都具有高比表面积及大孔体积 ;其活性组分粒径小、分布均匀 ,两者都是优良的顺酐液相选择加氢催化剂 .其特点是催化剂用量少 ,在 Ni/顺酐 (摩尔比 ) =0 .0 0 44、 3.0MPa、 15 0℃的条件下 ,反应 3h顺酐转化率和丁二酐的选择性都在
Using TEOS and NiCl\-2 as silica and nickel sources, NiO\|SiO\-2 and NiO/ SiO\-2 catalysts were prepared by Sol\|Gel\|SCFD method and impregnation of SiO\-2 aerogel with NiCl\-2 solution, respectively. The properties of the catalysts were examined by TEM? TPR? XRD and XPS. The results show that both NiO\|SiO\-2 and NiO/SiO\-2 have high surface areas, large pore volume, and ultra\|fine NiO particle dispersed uniformly on the support. These catalysts have a high hydrogenation activity with relative less catalyst amount. The hydrogenation of maleic anhydride (MA) to succinic anhydride (SA) in a liquid phase system of NiO\|SiO\-2 and NiO/SiO\-2 catalysts was studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized. Under the \{Ni∶\}MA (molar ratio)=0.44%, reaction temperature 150 ℃, hydrogen pressure 3.0 MPa, reaction time \{3 h\}, the conversion of MA 99.9% and selectivity to SA more than 99% were achieved.
