摘要
在酸性条件下 ,采用乙酸乙酯萃取、Na2 HPO4溶液反萃取分离酱油、食醋中的山梨酸、苯甲酸 ,卡尔曼滤波法计算结果 ,并与比值导数波谱法进行比较。结果表明 ,卡尔曼滤波法较比值导数波谱法有较高的准确度和精密度 ,并能监测干扰物质存在与否。
The benzoic acid and sorbic acid were re extracted with Na 2HPO 4 solution from the acetic ether,with which the soy and vinegar were extracted in acid solution.The UV spectrum of the Na 2HPO 4 solution was calculated with kalman filter method.The results of benzoic acid and sorbic acid are better than those obtained by derivative ratio spectrum method.The kalman filter method has a higher reliability and accuracy,and can detect the interference in real samples.
