摘要
介绍了 ICP- AES法测定水中铜的不确定度的评定方法。由于等离子质谱仪 (ICP- MS)、紫外分光光度计 (UVS)、原子吸收分光光度计 (AAS)及原子荧光分光光度计 (AFS)等仪器在定量分析中 ,校准曲线的绘制 ,标准样品的使用 ,测定结果的输出等方面与 ICP- AES极为相似 ,因此本方法不仅可以用于水中其他元素和其他材料的测定结果的评定 ,而且还可以在评定 ICP- MS、UVS、AAS。
The evaluating method of uncertainty for determining the concentration of copper in water by ICP AES was introduced.Because the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP MS),ultraviolet spectrometry(UVS),atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS),atomic fluorescent spectrometry(AFS) et al.are similar with ICP AES in determination of calibration curve by using of standard reference materials and obtaining of determined results,this evaluating method of uncertainty not only can be used to determine the other elements in other materials by ICP AES but also can be used as references during evaluating the uncertainty of determined results by ICP MS,UVS,AAS and AFS.
