摘要
本文基于过氧化氢能氧化桑色素并使之褪色的现象 ,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。该法检出限为0 .0 0 6 μg/ m L,线性范围 4× 10 -9— 2 .4× 10 -8g/ g。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Cu 2+ has been developed.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity.The method is based on the catalytic effect of Cu 2+ on the oxidation morin by hydrogen peroxide.The linear range for the determination of Cu 2+ is 4×10 -9 -2.4×10 -8 g/g and the detection limit is 0.006μg/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Cu 2+ in water with satisfactory results.
