研究了荧光分光光度法通过控制酸度直接测定环境水中苯酚的新方法。在 p H=1时 ,直接测定苯酚的含量 ,波长为 λex/ λem=2 70 / 2 97nm,检出限为 4 .0 ng/ m L,线性范围为 0— 3.2 μg/ m L。回收率为 99%—10 1%

A new method for the direct determination of phenol in environmental water by controlling acidity using fluorescence spectrophotometry has been studied.The linear range and the detection limit are 0-3.2μg/mL,4.0ng/mL at λ ex / λ em =270/297nm(pH=1).The recovery is in the range of 99% - 101%.
