摘要
本文研究了在 p H4 .0的 HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,Mn( )对 KIO4氧化孔雀石绿的催化作用。以氨三乙酸为活化剂 ,氟化钠作掩蔽剂 ,用抗坏血酸中止反应 ,建立了一个间接测定锰的动力学光度法 ,其检出限和测定范围分别为 3.8× 10 -11g/ m L和 0— 2 μg/ m L。本法已用于茶叶中微量元素锰的测定 。
The catalytic action of Mn(Ⅱ)on oxidation of malachite green using KlO 4 in a pH4 0 HAc\|NaAc buffer solution was studied. Using NTA as activator, NaF as masking agent, ascorbic acid to terminate the reaction. An indirect dynamic photometric method of determination the manganese was developed.The detection limit and range are 3.8×10 -11 g/mL and 0-2μg/mL respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in tea and gives out a satisfactory result.
