摘要 分析讨论了液体过热极限、汽泡内压力等爆炸沸腾的重要参数 ,综述了三种主要实验方法 ,提出了有待进一步研究的问题 . Explosive boiling attracts more industrial and academic attention because of its disastrous accidents and its application in new technology. Previous studies show that explosive boiling is very different from normal boiling. The starting point in classical nucleation theory is to calculate the minimum work of vapor bubble formation and nucleation rate. Two most important factors in explosive boiling superheat limit and bubble pressure are discussed. Three significant experimental methods are summarized, and some questions that should be investigated in future are offered.
