摘要 供应链管理是对供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商和客户所构成网路中的物流、信息流、资金流、工作流等进行管理、计划和协调。供应链管理的最终目的在于控制物流所需的内部信息流,即信息的发送时间、传递速度、发送者、接收者、质量和可视化。目前,供应链管理的相关概念包括:合作计划、预测和补充,供应商管理库存,库存持续补充过程,客户的快速反应,顾客代表的准时生产,长鞭效应等。其研究技术包括:供应链建模技术,集成供应链管理,敏捷供应链,供应链伙伴选择等。 Customers, retailers, producers, suppliers, and subcontractors set up a cooperative network. Supply Chain Management is to manage, plan and coordinate the material flow, information flow, capital flow, and workflow of the cooperative network. The objective of supply chain management eventually can be summarized in the specification of the required inter-company information flow that controls the material flow, including the information sending time, sending speed, sender, receiver, information quality, and visualization of information. Up to now, the relevant concepts about SCM include CPFR (collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment), VMI (vendor-managed inventory), CRP (continuous replenishment process), ECR (efficient consumer response), JIT (Just in Time) II, as well as bullwhip effect. Current SCM technologies involve SCM modeling, integrated supply chain management, agile supply chain management,and partner selection, etc.
