摘要
采用两种不同方法制备多孔SiC陶瓷 ,讨论了其显微组织对性能的影响 ,探索制造多孔SiC陶瓷的新方法。经过研究得出 ,由天然木材制得的多孔SiC陶瓷的气孔形状规则 ,分布均匀 ,气孔率高 ,达 40 %以上 。
Two kinds of methods were used to make porous SiC ceramics .The effect of microstructure on the properties was discussed.A new technique was developed to make porous SiC from natural wood.The results showed that natural wood was good material for making porous SiC ceramics with high porosity more than 40%.Through this way,the prepared silicon carbide has high porosity ,shape-regular and well-distributed pores.
