摘要 采用机械合金化工艺由Cu、Cr及添加第三组元素粉按一定质量比合成CuCr及CuCrM (M =W ,Fe)预合金粉 ,尔后用爆炸压实工艺制备电触点材料CuCr合金。着重研究了第三组元对爆炸压实的CuCr合金性能的影响。结果表明 ,添加W提高爆炸压实的CuCr合金的密度 ,添加Fe稍微降低其密度 ;添加W或Fe都能显著提高CuCr合金硬度 ,并且添加Fe提高得更明显 ;添加W或Fe都会显著降低CuCr合金的电导率 。 The CuCr (the weight ratio of Cu and Cr was 1:1) and CuCr+5%(mass fraction)M (M=W, Fe) alloys powders were prepared by mechanical alloying .Then the CuCr contact materials for vacuum circuit breakers were made by explosive compaction . The effect of the third element on the properties of CuCr alloys was studied emphatically .The results showed that, the added W increased the density of CuCr alloys, but the added Fe lowered the density slightly ; the third element W or Fe can obviously increase the stiffness ,especially the Fe ; the added W and Fe lowered the conductivity , and the conductivity of CuCrM alloy was all lower .
