摘要
总结了作者长期推广聚合物水基淬火剂的经验。对使用聚合物水基淬火剂可能出现的变形和开裂缺陷从介质方面的原因进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的具体对策。
The experiences accumulated from the long term of application of the water-based polymer quenching mediums by the author are summarized in the paper.The deformation and crack reasons concerning the water-based polymer quenching mediums are analyzed,and the approprite countermeasures are suggested.The quenching temperature and the surface defect controlling concerning using the polymer quenching mediums are proposed ,too.
