摘要
用X射线衍射仪及TEM研究了含Al较低的ZnAl13Cu7MgSb合金固溶处理后时效早期的相变特征。结果表明 ,该合金时效早期先发生过饱和 β’相的分解 (β’→α’ +ε+η) ,然后更富Al的α’发生调幅分解。调幅分解阶段 ,波长 (λ)基本不变。调幅组织的长大满足λ∝t1/ 3 关系。
The initial ageing phase-transformation characteristics of ZnAl13Cu7MgSb alloy with lower Al content after solution treatment was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction and TEM. The results show that, during the initial ageing of the alloy, the supersaturated β′ phase decomposed firstly, then the spinodal decomposition took place in the Al-richer α′ phase. The wavelength, λ, was found to remain constantly during spinodal decomposition.The coarsening of the spinodal microstructure was found to obey the λ∝t 1/3 growth law.The spinodal decomposition is the chief cause of the age hardening of the alloy.
