球磨过程中的涂层形成与粉末细化 被引量:2

摘要 研究了Cr粉、Al粉、Cu粉、Cr2 0 Al80 粉末球磨过程中粉末粒度尺寸的变化以及磨球表面涂层的形成规律 ,结果发现 ,磨球表面涂层的形成与粉末细化之间有一定的关系。球磨初期 ,磨球涂层厚度迅速增加 ,随后逐渐趋于稳定。Cu粉末在球磨过程中未在磨球表面形成涂层。金属粉末球磨至 2 4h后 ,随球磨时间增加 ,磨球涂层厚度几乎不再变化 ;除Al粉末外 ,其余金属粉末的细化速率降低。磨球塑性好易形成厚涂层 ,粉末脆性大容易细化。 The change of grain size of Cr, Al,Cu and Cr 20 Al 80 powders during ball milling and the forming law of the surface coating of milling balls were investigated. The results show that the formation of surface coating of milling balls related to the powder fining. At the initial stage of ball milling, the coating thickness of milling balls increased rapidly, after which went steadily. Cu powder doesn't form coating on the surface of milling balls during ball milling. After 24h ball milling, the coating thickness of milling balls hardly varied and the fining rate of these metal powders decreased except for Al powder. A thicker coating easily forms on milling balls with good plasticity, and powders with high brittlness easily fines.
