摘要
提出了热处理工艺非温度参量控制的技术构思。根据这一构思进行了盐浴表象重量法控制技术的试验研究。试验研究表明 ,钢质试样在盐浴加热、等温或冷却条件下所测得的表象重量随时间变化曲线均具有显著的相变特征 。
The conception of non temperature parameter control in heat treating process is put forward Based on this conception the experimental research on control technique by the Biaoxing Weight Method in salt bath heat treating is conducted It is affirmed by the experimental research that in different conditions of salt bath heating,cooling or isothermal treating all the determined steel specimensBiaoxiang Weight time curves indicate remarkable phase transformation characteristics and that it is feasible that the Biaoxiang Weight acts as a non temperrature control parameter in salt bath heat treating
