金属切削刀具的工作角度,是指刀具在工作基准系中确定的角度.以往求解时,均只考虑了进给运动的两种特例———单纯的横向进给和纵向进给,对于二者同时存在的情况却没提及.从考虑两种进给运动的空间曲线入手,利用数学解析的方法,求得刀具工作角度的计算公式.

Metal cutter working angle is that determined in the cutter working basic system. In the past, only two cases were considered-cross feed and vertical feed, but the case with both existing at the same time wasn′t mentioned. In this paper, the calculating formula for the working angle can be derived with analytical method, considering two kinds of working paths.
