摘要
通过大修前锅炉热力试验 ,量化分析影响锅炉排烟温度的因素及程度 ,在大修中实施制粉系统堵漏、炉膛堵漏、空预器传热元件更换等技术措施 ,在运行中采取制粉系统钢球磨进口微负压、炉膛微负压等运行方式 ,是降低排烟温度的有效措施。文章同时指出 ,彻底消除制粉系统漏冷风以及解决空预器X比、烟气侧效率、空气侧阻力、烟气侧阻力、空预器出口热风温度达不到设计值和锅炉受热面积灰问题 ,是今后进一步降低 #
After the pre-overhaul boiler thermal test,we analyzed the factors and detent that affected the boiler exhaust-gas temperature by the test data.In the overhaul,we executed the coal-powder system's leakage sealing,boiler chamber leakage sealing and the heat sinks replacement of pre-air heater etc.technical skills;during the operating,we took the operation mode of keeping micro-negative pressure of the ball tube mill inlet in the coal-powder system and the micro-negative pressure of boiler chamber,these are the effective measurements of reducing the exhaust-gas temperature.The article point out that it is the future struggling direction of further feducing the boiler 3 exhaust-gas temperature,which completely eliminate the cold-air leakage in the coal-powder system,solving the 'X' ratio of the pre-air teater,the heat efficiency of the exhaust-gas side,the resistance force of the air side,the resistance force of exhaust-gas side and the under-design value of the pre-air heater outlet air temperature and the defect of the boiler heating surface dust-deposit.
