摘要
针对利用超声波去除流动液体中夹杂物的效果进行了实验研究·分别以高密度聚乙烯和普通水、高密度聚乙烯和脱气软化水的超声分离作为研究体系 ,探索了超声波输入电功率、液体流量对夹杂物总去除率、上浮去除率以及粘附去除率的影响·实验结果表明 ,超声波对不同含气量液体中夹杂物去除均有明显的效果 ,但是机理不同 ,尚需进一步研究·
A method of the ultrasonic separation of inclusions in flow fluid was developed. Suspensions of high density polyethylene particles (HDPE) in distilled water and suspensions of HDPE particles in fresh water under the ultrasound imposition were experimentally investigated. The effects of water flow rate and electric power input on total removal efficiency, floatation efficiency and attachment efficiency, were analyzed. The effects of ultrasound field on inclusion removal in flow fluid with different amount of gas are all obvious.
