摘要
利用ANSYS 5 6软件对线性电磁搅拌器所产生的电磁场分布进行了数值模拟·通过与实测结果的比较 ,验证了利用ANSYS软件进行计算的可靠性·并进一步计算了在线性电磁搅拌器结构尺寸不变 ,将其绕制为一对极和二对极的情况下 ,线性电磁搅拌器所产生的电磁场分布 ,以及通电电流变化对所产生的磁感应强度分布的影响·结果表明 ,在结构尺寸一定的情况下 ,将线性电磁搅拌器绕制成一对极和二对极所产生的磁感应强度的大小与通电电流大小呈线性关系 ,且在通电电流相同的情况下 。
The distribution of electromagnetic fields of linear electromagnetic stirrer were simulated by ANSYS?5 6 software. Through the contrast between the calculation results and the measured results, the reliability of the calculation was validated. On the condition of unchanged structure of the stirrer, the electromagnetic fields distribution of one pole pairs and two pole pairs and their relation with the currents used were analyzed. The magnetic induction of one pole pairs and two pole pairs change linearly with the currents used with the unchanged structure of the stirrer, while the magnetic induction of the former are larger than that of the latter at the same currents.
