摘要
通过对MgO +C和MgO +CO体系的热力学分析 ,表明MgO在高温、低 pCO下能被碳或CO还原·变温热重实验证实 ,MgO在 130 0℃几乎不失重 ,碳粉在 130 0℃的平均失重率为1 0 5 % ,MgO +C在 130 0℃的平均失重率为 2 2 4 % ·恒温热重和高气流速度下的恒温热重实验中 ,都产生絮状MgO晶体 ,证明MgO在高温下确实能与碳或CO反应 ,产生还原挥发现象·
The thermodynamic analysis of systems of MgO+CO and MgO+C indicates that MgO can be reduced by carbon or CO at high temperatures and lower partial pressure of CO. The thermogravimetric curves prove that MgO almost does not lose its weight at 13?00?℃, the average weight loss ratio of graghite powder is 1 05% at 1?300?℃,that of MgO+C is 2 24% at 1?300?℃. The floccule of MgO crystal found in the experiments suggests that MgO is able to react with carbon or CO indeed at high temperatures, thus results in reduction and volatilization of MgO.
