摘要 建立了超磁致伸缩换能器的等效动力学模型 ,应用Green函数得到了换能器的固有频率值 ,导出了超磁致伸缩换能器非线性振动响应的近似解析式·通过数值模拟 ,发现了超磁致伸缩换能器振动系统具有复杂的分叉和混沌行为· Equivalent dynamic model of giant magnetostriction transducer was set up by means of taking into account the nonlinear characteristic of the pre pressing spring. Based on Green Function method, the natural frequency of model was obtained. The transducer working in non resonance is simplified as equivalent integral parameter model. The research result shows that equivalent integral parameter model is simple and effective. In the light of multiple scales method, the unsymmetrical nonlinear problem of the pre pressing spring is calculated. The first order harmonic component of a magnetostrictive transducer and the curve of the pre pressing spring parameter operating dynamic response of the system are obtained. In virtue of computer numerical simulation, the complicated bifurcation and chaos behaviors of the magnetostriction transducer vibration system are founded. The results can be used as design basis of the transducer parameters.
