医用透明质酸钠运动粘度的相关因素实验

STUDIES ON RELATIVE AFFECTING FACTORS OF DYNAMIC VISCOSITY EXPERIMENTS OF MEDICAL SHA

用鸡冠萃取法制取的透明质酸钠配制成具有一定质量浓度的溶液用于眼科手术中 ,发现透明质酸钠溶液特异流变学性质之一的粘弹性是影响手术效果的重要因素。对影响透明质酸钠粘弹性的相关因素 (SHA相对分子质量 ,配制质量浓度 ,存放温度 ,透明质酸钠溶液的 pH值 )作了实验研究 ,理化实验和回归分析表明 。

SHA solution compounded with SHA extracted from cock's comb and saline is used in ophthalmic surgery.Viscoelasticity,one of the SHA's rheological properties,affects the surgical results obviously.The factors related with SHA's viscoelasticity,such as SHA's relative molecular weight,concentration,storing temperature and pH value of SHA's solution,are studied in the experiment.And the physical and chemical tests and regressive analysis show that SHA's relative molecular weight and concentration of its solution are the main factors that affect the dynamic viscosity of SHA's solution.
