摘要
通过对灭菌发酵和生料发酵的比较 ,建立了稻草生料发酵工艺 ,在土霉素作发酵添加剂条件下 ,使稻草粗纤维含量降至 15 .4 % ,蛋白质含量提高到 15 .6 %
s :The new fermentation technology of rice starch feed was studied in sterilization and unsterilization .The results of fermentation show that the CF of rice starch was reduced to15.4%,and the CP of rice starch was raised to 15.6% by using terramycin in unsterilization conditions.
