摘要
回转体锻件的制坯高度确定的合理与否 ,直接影响到锻件的质量、模具的寿命。运用塑性成型基本理论先求得分流面的位置 ,然后确定中间毛坯的高度。按分流面设计毛坯件 ,可提高原料利用率。
The fact whether decided blank height of circular forging is reasonable or not may directly affect the quality and life of forging.This article discusses a method seeking the position of flow distribution face (or neutral face) and decides the height of medium blank by using the basic principles of plastic deformation in order to provide a basic process design of forging.
