摘要
研究了一种新型的用于监测SO2气体的全固态气体传感器.首先将胶体金催化剂喷涂到聚四氟乙烯多孔膜上,然后再控制一定的温度和压力,压到Nafion117膜上,作为工作电极.该传感器表现出较快的响应,较低的底电流和噪声,以及较好的稳定性.
A new solid-state gas sensor to monitor sulfur dioxide is investigated. The catalyst of colloidal metal is first sprayed on the porous polytetrafluoro-ethylene membranes and then the latter is pressed on Nafion 117 membranes under certain temperature and pressure, resulting in a sort of working electrode. The performances of the new amperometric sulfur dioxide gas sensors, such as response, sensitivity, stability, service life, etc. are better than those of the traditional ones.
