Russia established the modern security marketin1 990 .Since then,the security market has suffered from a lot of difficulties.There are two main stock markets:the Moscow inter- bank foreign ex- change trading system and the Russian trading system now.The defect of the market structure led finan- cial crisis.Finally,the world known Russian financial crisis broke outon Aug.1 7,1 998,and ithad a great influence on the developmentof the security market.
