My opinion on building a socialist country under the rule of law

剖析了法治的科学内涵。指出在我国建设社会主义法治国家 ,必须准确把握依法治国的含义 ,加速发展社会主义市场经济 ,大力加强社会主义民主政治建设 ,增强全体公民的社会主义法律意识 ,建立完备的社会主义法律体系 。

This article analyses the scientific implications of governing the country under the rule of law and points out that, to build our country into a socialist country for that purpose, we should grasp the meaning of running the country according to the law, develop socialist market economy, strengthen socialist democracy, political construction, raise the people's consciousness of the socialist law, build up a complete system of the socialist law and pay attention to the systematic construction of governing the country by the rule of law.
