Both Incoterms 2000 and 'Treaty on Sales Agreement' are two international norms practiced in adjusting the current trading relations between nations and there exists close connection between these two. In order to better apply these two norms in foreign trade, it is necessary for us to conduct analysis and make comparison on the features between these two norms, including goods delivery, acceptance of goods, handover of documents, transfer of goods risks, practices in ports or particular professions, packing and formulation of transportation contracts, etc..
