摘要
传统基础教育只注重学生智力因素的培养 ,而非智力因素教育长期滞后 ,这样培养出来的人才 ,已不能适应新世纪的要求。我们必须充分认识到非智力因素对成才的重要性 ,加强基础教育中非智力因素的培养 ,树立正确的早期教育观 ,更新教育观念 ,改革完善现有的教育机制 。
Developing non_intelligence factors has increasingly shown its importance in elementary education, and this paper tries to illustrate the seriousness of neglecting this matter, and suggests that it can be dealt with by a correct view on early education, a renewed educational philosophy, and a perfected educational system.
