摘要
本文充分考虑到水利水电工程中钢闸门的结构特点,全面计入了影响主梁高度的诸因素,以设计规范为依据,以强度、刚度、稳定性和几何方面的各种设计要求为约束,以主梁自身和与其高度相关的竖向构件总用钢量最少为基本目标,并兼顾其它,应用现代最优化理论,导出了闸门主梁最优梁高理论公式。经合理简化、电算核实和许多优秀工程实例验证,提出了最优梁高实用公式。它不仅可节约钢材、降低成本、加快设计进度,而且使闸门厚度减薄、结构紧凑、门槽尺寸减少。
According to the characteristics of modern steel gates, in this paper, the author presents a theoretical formula for designing the optimum beam height of gates, considering more effects, including the face plates and vertical bulkhead, the correlativity between the thickness and height of the web of the beam, and the non-symmetry of the reference sections of the main beam. The formula is deduced by using the optimum theory and optimum selection of the angle of gates. For practical application, this formula has been simplified and used as trial in many practical projects.
