About My Teaching of and Research on Writing

高校写作课教师要重视写作实践 ,教学与科研互相促进 ,在继承传统的基础上探索创新 ,加强研究西部写作 ,以服务于西部大开发。

Teachers of writing at institutions of higher learning should attach importance to writing practice. Teaching and research work promote each other. It is necessary for teachers, on the basis of carrying out traditions, to search for renovation, to strengthen the research of writing about the west part of the country so as to serve the Great Exploitation.
