摘要
以云南盾叶薯蓣为实验材料，从发酵时间、水解时间、抽提物的pH值、回流速度对盾叶薯蓣皂甙元提取率的影响进行了研究。结果表明：发酵48h、水解4h、抽提物pH≈7.0、回流速度25min/次，可获得最佳提取率。
An experiment was done on dioscorea zingbernisis of Yunan Province to find out what the effect of the length of ferment time and hydrolysis time,the pH of the extracted material and the reflux rate on the extraction rate of dioscingeninis.The result suggested that when the ferment time is 48 hours,hydrolysis time is 4 hours,the pH of extracted material is about 7 and the reflux rate is 25 minutes every time,the extraction rate reaches the highest.
